Daddy-dear's back!

Salams all,

Abbu came bak the day b4 yesterday from bd safely alhamdulillah! We all missed him heaps! Ammu completely stopped cooking for the one month. I had to live off noodles and cereal and flavoured tea. Of course there was the week Jannah apu was here, we actually got food then. But since then, nothing.... i even had 2 meals a day sometimes. But abbu ashar shathe shathe all food is back too alhamdulillah!

He got a lot of stuff 4 all of us, considering he went all alone and stayed for less than a month, and had to travel so much that the longest time he was at one place was around 6 days! I got 6 kameez and a skirt. Anika got 3 kameez and a sharee (but she scabbed the only 2 kameez that i wanted). Ammu got 10 sharees! We all got jewellery sets and choori's as well as roopchorcha stuff like uptan, fair and lovely and mehendi (for hand and hair).

One thing abbu didnt mention 2 us while he was in bd was that he got looted by hijackers! They took his fone, money and all other valuables he had on him at the time. He told us that he lost his fone and we cudnt contact him on that number. But we just found out the truth when he came back. OMG, he was so casual abt it! Apparently they had a HUGE knife, half the size of my entire arm! Alhamdulillah abbu is safe though. Allah bachaise! I've been hearing stories like this quite a bit recently, so those of u going 2 bd, please take care and dont have too much valuables with u at any time!

HP and Zuhrat (2 of my frends who remind me so much of each other, even their mothers remind me of each other!) are flying 2 bd 2day insha Allah, but on separate flights. So keep them in ur prayes guys as i will 2 insha Allah. I hope that all of u who r going 2 bd have a good time there and stay safe and in a good state of iman insha Allah!
